- Rates are quoted inclusive of IVA 10%
- Apartments rates are not comprehensive of final mandatory cleaning. The price varies on the type of accomodation: studio € 40 – one-roomed € 50 – two-roomed € 60 .
- The final cleaning fee does not include cooker, cutlery and crockery intended at lodger’s expence. Otherwise we will account an extra fee of € 60 .
- It is required a guarantee deposit depending on the accomodation: € 200 euro – € 500 euro
- Is also asked a down payment of € 200 on the apartment
- On arrival guests will pay the balance and receive the keys
- We kindly remind our guests that smoking is not allowed (Residence La Sfera has a free smoking policy)
*money that you pay to the owner when you rent an aparment according to the terms of the lease. The deposit will be given back if you do not damage anything.
